With the series of lithographs “Ingredients: Potatoes, oil, salt.”, I continued my investigation of American food culture. I used potato chips directly as the grease element in the lithography process. This piece deals with the organic, with the remains of our food. How is it okay to eat something when we find its residue so dirty?
